My name is T.J. Brooks, Personal Trainer and Owner of Merle Hay Fitness Personal Training. Over the past few years I have been following my passion to help others reach their goals and get healthy.
Having worked with both women and men, my experiences have shaped my views and approach towards health and fitness from all angles. Allowing me to help each individual make a long-lasting change, by providing professional guidance and support.
